$RUGCENSUS is a memecoin on Solana, launched on pump.fun. It does not do anything. That is normal for the category; we are just saying it out loud.

We log documented rug pulls, exit scams and collapses: what was lost, when, on which chain, and the filing or report it came from. Bigger loss, bigger patch.
